                                        TesT-Sperm 2.1 Sperm Analyzer

TesT Sperm 2.1 software is designed for automatic analysis of concentration and motility of spermatozoa in a native specimen. It is developed also for the morphology analysis of specimens stained by Diff-Quik method. The motility parameters of human sperm are estimated according to recommendations given by the World Health Organization, and the morphological parameters of spermatozoa heads are determined in accordance with strict Krueger's criteria. The results of the analysis are saved automatically to a built-in database.
 
 
 
 
Motility standard method enables an expert to:
  • Process *.AVI files. The clips can be obtained simultaneously with the probe processing or input from hard disk.
  • Detect and track spermatozoa automatically with ability of fine detection adjustment.
  • Estimate spermatozoa concentration, M/ml.
  • Analyze spermatozoa motility and estimate motility classes (A, B, C, D, Round Cells).
  • Determine percentage of spermatozoa of different motility classes.
  • Review the processed clips.
  • Determine parameters of human spermatozoa according to the WHO recommendations: VAP, VSL, VCL, ALH, BCF, STR, LIN.
